Jane Smiley is a practicing Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Indiana University, and has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Her clients benefit from her expertise in income tax planning and preparation for both individuals and small business owners. She enjoys providing outsourced CFO and management consulting services and also is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Jane is currently a member of the AICPA, Indiana CPA Society, and Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.
Jane grew up in Rush County working in the family business, McCreary Block Company. She contributes her business savvy and love for people to her father and mother, Wayne and Lorettia McCreary. In Jane's words, "My parents taught me the improtance of hard work, confidentiality, and respect for every individual. They always said, 'No matter who they are, you can learn something form them.' Therefore, I listen, love, and respect all of my clients." Jane lives in Rush County with her husband, Kevin, son, Jordan, and their Golden Retriever, Mr. Wilson. In her free time, she enjoys boating, reading, flower gardening, and has a great love of nature and the outdoors.

Krissi Williams holds an Associates Degree in Accounting, and has worked with Jane Smiley CPA, Inc. as a Senior Tax Accountant since 2002. Her public accounting career began in 1991 and since that time, she has accrued over twenty years of public acocunting experience. Her clients benefit from her expertise in the areas of farming, individual and corporate income tax, and estate and trust tax. Krissi is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and she provides QuickBooks consultation and set up for businesses and individuals. Krissi also offers year end tax planning and business and management consultation. Krissi is a Notary Public for the state of Indiana.
Krissi is a lifelong resident of Rush County and lives with her husband of 16 years, Brian, and their two children, Morgan and Brandon. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her family, their dog Zoe, two cats Chloe and Mr. Whiskers, and Wilber their pot-bellied pig. She also has a pair of pygmy goats, a pair of ducks and several rabbits that reside at the Williams household.

Brooke Cooper holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. She specializes in tax and accounting issues for members of the clergy, individual and business tax, client payroll, as well as on-and off-site client bookkeeping. She has strong ties to the Rush County Community and has much to offer the clients of Jane Smiley CPA, Inc.
Brooke lived in Rushville as a child, but spent her youth in Houston, TX. She enjoyed her time as a Texan, but was always a Hoosier at heart. After her marriage in 2007, she moved back to Rushville with her husband, Darryl. Brooke is extremely active in the local church, the Family Worship Center, where her husband is the pastor, and with her personal exposure to clergy tax issues as a minister's wife, she enjoys assisting other ministers with their unique tax needs.
